Excellent service on my Jetta at Dirito Bros. I'm a long time service customer, I also purchased my Jetta from Dirito, but the constant surveys are a pain. You have great employees but I am not one of them. I don't feel compelled to advertise for Dirito Bros VW. I don't feel that you constantly asking for my input to surveys after I pay to service my car shows very much appreciation for your customers. Enough with the surveys already. I got the email with the survey, a phone call asking was I satisfied and I got a text asking me to complete the survey. I spent more time dealing with all this than I spent at the dealership. More

Operational Excellence in action!! This review covers the service I received for the 80K service in December 2018 to this one for the repair of the starter that started in January 2019. This review covers the service I received for the 80K service in December 2018 to this one for the repair of the starter that started in January 2019. I work in the Operational Excellence Department of a Presidential Agency. So I know when operational excellence initiatives in a firm are working. VW Walnut Creek has clearly focused on these initiatives because I became the beneficiary of it at the customer point of contact. From the welcome I received from Thomas, to the support I received from Kevin that included driving me to BART (it wasn't his job), verifying the applicability of the extended insurance I purchased and the set up of the rental car, to the support of the cashier who had the documentation ready so I can make the payment...the process screamed continuous improvement and operational excellence. Some companies miss the point of these initiatives. No improvement done in the backend will matter if at the point where value is created - at the level of the customer - service delivery fails. And my experience with Kevin is not the exception! It is the rule at VW Walnut Creek! It was true with Tim, who helped me with 80K service for my Jetta Sportswagen, and it was true with Gurkan who helped me with the initial diagnosis of the issue with the starter. If a misstep happens it is addressed quickly, not with questions, but with solutions! On this point, bravo Tim!! The seamlessness of the excellence in that service is best evidenced by the way Kevin took over from Gurkan...the focus was no less stringent, the care no less complete. Bravo, Team VW Walnut Creek!! More
