We went to several dealerships when shopping for our new vehicle. At each dealership no one seemed interested in obtaining our business. While looking at the vehicle we wanted to purchase Kevin approached vehicle. At each dealership no one seemed interested in obtaining our business. While looking at the vehicle we wanted to purchase Kevin approached us. He was unlike any other salesperson we had encountered any where! He was a true professional throughout the process: knowledgeable, eager to help us, kept us updated throughout the process and very pleasant to work with. We just picked up a new vehicle from Hines Park Ford where Kevin was our salesman. It was the best, smoothest transaction in over 30 years. He was able to find the vehicle we wanted and we were in const where Kevin was our salesman. It was the best, smoothest transaction in over 30 years. He was able to find the vehicle we wanted and we were in constant communication with updates on status the entire time. Start to finish was 3 days. On top of that he was fully knowledgeable on the product and the process, as well as the vehicle and features which he took the time to show us. Not only was the experience totally outstanding but when you consider two other dealerships/salespersons, closer to our home, still have not even called us back it makes it even more amazing. It was a little further of a drive but well worth it! More
