The advisor from the service department as well as the technician were top notch. If my warranty could come through, that would be even better. The service department was very fair to my issue and made sure that I was well taken care of. The tech went as far as looking to make sure the rest of my undercarriage and suspension parts were in good shape. Service writer was great. On my last oil change they said I needed 2 new tires so when I booked my next oil change I wanted to do the 2 tires as well but I noticed the quote On my last oil change they said I needed 2 new tires so when I booked my next oil change I wanted to do the 2 tires as well but I noticed the quote they provided me was the wrong tire size. When I asked for quote on the correct tire size I was told whoever replaced those 2 tires put the wrong size on. Jerry Hunt in Lexington put those 2 tires on and when I said that he was a bit surprised as was I. My other 2 tires are fine but the wrong size tires are bad I'm sure because they are not the correct tires since the 2 correct size tires are fine. So that just makes me feel like they just threw a size on there that they had. So not sure at this point if I have any other services done at jerry hunt aside from oil changes. More
