I've always taken my vehicle to your dealership even though it's further than other dealerships, but I will longer step foot in your dealership I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, asked about my though it's further than other dealerships, but I will longer step foot in your dealership I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, asked about my sunroof not working and they turned around and charged me $70. I'm 83yrs old live alone on a fixed income. If they told me it was going to cost $70 to check, I would've waited. I will no longer be taking my vehicle there. More

Brought my Cadillac in for warning lights on the dash and was told there was a bulletin from GM and an update had to be performed on the computer. This did fix the issue but I don’t understand why I had to p was told there was a bulletin from GM and an update had to be performed on the computer.
