Twenty two years as salesman (twenty years of those years at Southern Chrysler Jeep). I love sports and spent time as a youth football coach. Sad, Sad Experience! Totally different experience from when I purchased a new car from Southern in 2014. It took EIGHT hours to purchase this newer used vehicle and I sti Totally different experience from when I purchased a new car from Southern in 2014. It took EIGHT hours to purchase this newer used vehicle and I still had to come back the next day to finish up. I live two hours away from the dealership. Refused any and all reasonable offer(s) and would not even offer a perk (i.e. accessory allowance. hat, shirt etc.). So, if you do not mind spending 8-10 hours of your life just to get a car at asking price, (like idiot me) then Kevin is the salesman for you! He is marginally nice. Staff even refused me an owner manual. On the flip side, Allison is the shining star of Southern. Should I choose to buy a third vehicle from them (and I doubt it), it will be solely because of the treatment we received from her. More
