I've bought ten vehicles over the years and have never had an experience that was as comfortable and stress free as this. I left with a brand new Chrysler Pacifica that my kids and wife love! Mr. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I initially came into the dealership looking to purchase a vehicle one month from now but came back the same day to make a purchase. He greeted me with the same enthusiasm that he had earlier in the day. I appreciate his professional demeanor even when we had communication failures during a storm; he continued to fax and email the other parties until everything was squared away and the sale was made. He even went as far as setting up my safety locks, pairing my phone to the truck and explaining all the gadgets that came with this truck. Great experience in purchasing new Jeep I really wanted a Jeep Wrangler, but my previous experience with purchase of a Jeep at a different Jeep dealership was so disastrous that I kept talki I really wanted a Jeep Wrangler, but my previous experience with purchase of a Jeep at a different Jeep dealership was so disastrous that I kept talking myself out of this. My experience buying European cars has always been super (as far as buying a car can be a super experience), Jeep experience the worst. So Saturday we set out to test drive the five cars I had narrowed my search down to, and still the Wrangler was on it, and it was the fourth car we test drove that day. We entered the showroom and immediately met Kevin Jones, who won us over with his all encompassing knowledge of the Jeep product line. We quickly narrowed down what we wanted and began searching to see if the Jeep we dreamed of could be located. We decided to think it over that night, and returned next morning to finalize the deal. Kevin Jones was excellent, and he turned around what we previously thought about Jeep dealers, and we love the car! Thank you Kevin! Hope the service turns out to be as good as he says!! More
