Pleasure to PAIN Everything was great with the dealership, BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THEM TO PAY MY TRADE IN OFF. ITS 1 DAYS SHY OF BEING OVER 30 DAYS PAST DUE AND STILL NO PAYOFF HAS BEEN MADE. SO NOW MY CREDIT WILL REFLECT A NEGATIVE MARK ON IT BECAUSE OF THE PAYMENT BEING 30+ DAYS LATE... BECAUSE OF THIS I’LL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.. AGAIN THE SALESMAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS GREAT.. No pressure & hassle free! With the unique circumstamces in purchasing a car, we could not have asked for a more patient, kind and considerate salesman, Kevin Jones. We sho With the unique circumstamces in purchasing a car, we could not have asked for a more patient, kind and considerate salesman, Kevin Jones. We showed up late in the evening after going to two other Chrysler dealerships. We told Kevin what we were looking for and he got to work. At one point, stating he did not want to talk about a car unless he could physically see it for himself. That earned him my business immediately. We told him, our time restraints and he respected them, never pushing us to stay or any added pressure. After he showed us the car in our price range and noticing we weren't sold. He still did not add pressure. Upon leaving, I let him know of another car at your sister store. He said he would look into it and try to get the car there the next day so we could see both. Within hours, Kevin called and let us know he went to the sister store and picked up the vehicle and they both would be waiting on us Saturday. He did not have to do that, but again, he repsected our time and wanted to make sure he could see the vehicle for himself. Once we arrived at the dealer the 2nd day, both cars were waiting and we asked for the best offer. Again, no time to go back and fourth. Once we received the offer, it was a done deal. Again, not being able to compelte all the paperwork because of time. My mom drove off the lot with her new car. Day 3, we returned to complete the paperwork. We met with finance and the other department. Again no pressure, we said no and moved on. I admit, I dislike going to purchase new cars because of the hassle, pressure and dishonesty. But I appreciated the service that we received from start to finish. I will never know if we got the "best" deal but we got a deal we were comfortable with. Just background information on why we had time restraints and it took 3 days to purchase. We came down from Florida on Friday, arrived at 4 and started hitting car lots immediately. We had a party for my grandmother on Saturday to celebrate her 85th birthday and Sunday we attended church services. So throw in seeing family, a few friends and the occasional meal, our time was limited but thats what you do for family. More

The vehicle had a brake chatter issue. Kevin had it fixed right away! Here are some of the things we don't like about the vehicle: 1. We can't figure out how to turn the speed limit voice off. It's annoying when it doesn't know what the speedlimit is. 2. I don't know what kind of mileage the Continental tires are. No brochure was given on the tires. 3. I thought the 3.2 liter engine would be stronger than it is. The vehicle is sluggish. Other than that the sales and undercoating went well! I would buy from you guys again! More
