Not impressed Two trips so far and cant get a simple door squeek fixed. First time, guy told me to go to auto zone and buy my own lube. Lease buyout experience Horrible experience trying to buy out a lease. I had a preset appointment and told them I wanted to buy it. Then I get there and spend 2 1/2 hours, m Horrible experience trying to buy out a lease. I had a preset appointment and told them I wanted to buy it. Then I get there and spend 2 1/2 hours, most of it waiting on a 99 point inspection I didn't ask for or need. Then I was charged an extra $500 for it. On top of a bunch of other bogus or extra charges I shouldn't have had. Go through your lease company, do not go to this dealership to complete the purchase. I paid well over $1100 more than I should have had to pay and that was after arguing with them and getting the charges reduced twice. It was my bad for not researching this ahead of time but a shame that they scam their customers this way. More
