Twenty two years as salesman (twenty years of those years at Southern Chrysler Jeep). I love sports and spent time as a youth football coach. Oil change The technician did not secure my engine cover above the engine . 2014 Wrangler . I heard a loud rattling when I stopped to investigate the cover was The technician did not secure my engine cover above the engine . 2014 Wrangler . I heard a loud rattling when I stopped to investigate the cover was just sitting on the engine. I am very disappointed at the service. This has never happened before .I have been a customer since 2001 with 3 vehicles bought there. The front desk guys are always helpful.They are the best so far. More

Oil change and Inspection I came in for an oil change and inspection. I was told that it might take 2-3 hours. The cars were bumper to bumper. I was in and out sofast. It m I came in for an oil change and inspection. I was told that it might take 2-3 hours. The cars were bumper to bumper. I was in and out sofast. It might have been an hour and fifteen minutes. I went back in to let the gentleman who waited on me know that I I appreciated the service. He smiled. He was so friendly from the beginning. It was a job well done. I don’t remember his name. I wish that their was a way I could hold on to the names. Thanks so much! More
