I've been in the car business forty years ,eighteen as a certified mechanic and state inspector ,lead tech and shop supervisor. Twenty two years as salesman (twenty years of those years at Southern Chrysler Jeep). I love sports and spent time as a youth football coach. He is honest, courteous and friendly the days of walking into a dealership and feeling overwhelmed and pressured are in the past, I was relaxed and enjoying myself. I'm beside myself knowing that friendly sales reps exist. I was also overhearing reps on the phone following up with their customers, it was not a sales call but just a friendly hello. Now that's how business is done. I'm looking forward to creating many memories with my Jeep, and I'm glad that those memories will start with such a great beginning. More
