David Morgan is the definition of a Great car salesman. I wish my physician had his bed side manor. Wow! Where do I start. I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra and was only given 1 key! 1 key! Expected more from Lexus. Used or not 2 keys should have been a minimum for a 60k truck! Not to mention calling and leaving only given 1 key! 1 key! Expected more from Lexus. Used or not 2 keys should have been a minimum for a 60k truck! I bought my first Lexus many years ago, from Lexus of Sacramento. I came back last year to buy my wife an ES350 from Jerod. It was a great experience. So I came back again last week to buy my third Lexus from Lexus of Sacramento. I have purchased many cars in the intervening years and this is the only time I felt comfortable coming back to a dealership a third time and a particular sales person a second time. I've always had a great experience and great customer service from the sales department and the service department. Jerod went above and beyond and I have no doubt I will buy my next car from him as well. More
