Just picked up my 2026 BMW X5 yesterday, and it was HANDS-DOWN the best car buying experience ever!! Huge thanks to Kevin! Coming from three Nissans, I was nervous about switching to BMW luxury, but Ke HANDS-DOWN the best car buying experience ever!! Huge thanks to Kevin! Coming from three Nissans, I was nervous about switching to BMW luxury, but Kevin was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, walking me through the full ownership vibe from tech to service perks making the transition crystal clear. He joined me for a patient test drive, answering all my questions without a rush. GUYS, I was blown away by their massive lot of hundreds of cars. I’d suggest you spend enough time understanding what they offer since whatever photos/videos you find online don’t always do justice. Kevin nailed the perfect package for me and I felt like chatting with my best friend. He was super open, transparent, and he handled my trade-in seamlessly. Shoutout to April in finance for breaking down every dollar so genuinely, and Zahid for clarifying details during paperwork wait.
