We went to Ford of Londonderry with the expectation of purchasing a used vehicle. When we approached the dealership we were greeted by Kevin! He was friendly and welcoming. He asked us appropriate questions and worked with Chuck in finance. We were able to get a loan and were able to get a brand new car!!! Kevin was extremely courteous, friendly, warm, and made the car buying experience excellent!! Chuck in finance was also amazing. He was friendly and worked hard to make things work for us! Kevin went above and beyond to get us into our new Ford Focus. He even worked with us on his day off. We explained our situation and he did not make us feel uncomfortable.
