Long story short, I originally went in to buy a vehicle to replace the lease I was currently in and ended up trading my other vehicle in as well, simply because of how great Kevin treated us. We ended up buying a 2018 Jeep Renegade to replace my lease that I had with Toyota, and we ended up trading in our Toyota Sienna to purchase a 2019 Dodge Durango. The work that i had done to the car was the worst work I've ever seen. Taking it back to be re done. Undercoat was ridiculous. Not professional at all. Interior cleaning theres silicone all over the fabric seats. The paint guard was applied to a dirty surface so they buffed the dirt into the paint. Theres more tint wasn't done that i paid for then they tell me i have to get a voucher and go somewhere else to get it done. Just very unsatisfying to say the least. If they dont fix this i will not buy another car from this dealership. More
