Kevin kept in contact with me for more than 2 weeks due to my business trips so when we finally met face to face there was a.professional relationship established. I will assume this is typical and expect this dealership to continue to have a loyal return business. Both my wife and I appreciated the courteous and nonpressure atmosphere. Top Notch Dealership, and sales staff, from the sales floor, all the way up to Management. ! My first phone call was to Kevin Mast, and then my actual first time on lot, Kevin was extremely professional and did not mislead me, or try to push on me a vehicle that I was not interest in. Kevin actually drove this vehicle himself to make sure all functions and mechanics's were properly working and a safe car. This car also went through the garage at Vorderman, and was serviced, from oil to brand new tires and on down the line. The car itself, was a steel, but with all of the phone calls, and text messaging, keeping me informed of all process, Kevin was there, and was there, going above and beyond. no haggling with purchase price and no pressure to purchase. I know that I have returned to Dealership at Vorderman's since purchase of car, just to stop in and say "Hi" to Kevin, and Rob Blum, to whom also has helped with any questions about vehicle, they do care about their customers. I know that I have made new Friends with the sales staff at Vorderman !! My whole, family, from myself, to my wonderful wife, to my 17 years son to whom this Audi was purchased for, (his first car), and even my 12 autistic son, to whom took right to Kevin, and our 12 year Labrador retriever, "Samson". I know that these employees here, are Real People, and do care about the buyer, and will not sell you a bad vehicle. They do share their personality with you, and I guarantee, you'll leave with a excellent vehicle, and new friends. !!! Every other dealership I dealt with acted like they were doing me a favor by tacking on a $300 etching fee and I walked. I was completely exhausted after a month of looking and I saw a couple of GTI's I had not found previously. The three hour drive up there was well worth it and my salesman Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and treated my brother and I like human beings. I bought the white Wolfsburg Edition 2013 GTI with 36,000 Miles. Three months later I am still very happy with the car. Thank you all again! More

From the time I test drove the vehicle to the final purchase was about an hour. Everyone was well organized. Really only 2 minor complaints.. This is the only time I have purchased a vehicle and left the dealership without a full tank of gas it was at 1/4 tank.. Also I am missing my owners manual which I have faith in Kevin to rectify that. Both are minor issues but factors in my review. More

Buying My Wife's Mini Cooper S I called Kevin on the phone 3-4 times to ask him questions about the car we were looking at. We live about 75 miles away so I wanted to make sure, it I called Kevin on the phone 3-4 times to ask him questions about the car we were looking at. We live about 75 miles away so I wanted to make sure, it was something that we would be happy with when we got there. After the test drive there was a problem with the radio, so he said they would look at it and then we could pick it up as we had planed , in two days While there we as looked a another one before we left, it was the next model up and more expensive. Kevin called the next day and said that they could fix the radio at their shop, and it had to be sent in for repairs under the warranty. I said let me think it over, and decide what we want to do, and I would call him back. I called him back and asked what type of a deal we could come with on the Cooper S. After two or three calls back and forth we came up with what I thought was a very good deal. I said we would be there the next day to test drive the S model. He said that he would double check it out to make sure everything was working correctly. When we arrived for the test drive, Kevin met us at the door and said it is all ready to go. After the test drive we were very pleased with the car, more so than the first one, and when we returned we finalized the deal and completed all of the paper work.
