I came to Grace auto already pre-qualified. Although I was pre-qualified with several dealers, I chose Grace because of all the positive reviews. I already knew what car I wanted. Even though Although I was pre-qualified with several dealers, I chose Grace because of all the positive reviews. I already knew what car I wanted. Even though I am credit challenged, Kevin got me into the vehicle of my dreams. Even when the monthly payment was a little higher than I expected, I told that to Kevin, and he told me the possible options to reduce the payment in six to twelve months. I really feel like I was not treated poorly or disregarded because my credit is not ideal or top tier. Kevin was open & honest with me about my financing options. I can't thank him enough for putting me into the vehicle of my dreams. My family loves the new vehicle, and I'm finally driving my own little bit of luxury. Thank you, Kevin & Grace Auto. You'll definitely see us again. More

I went to Grace the weekend of 2 13 24. I saw a Ford Transit utility truck I liked. It was listed at 25.998. on sale Graces website say this price cash down or trade in. It doesn't say only I saw a Ford Transit utility truck I liked. It was listed at 25.998. on sale Graces website say this price cash down or trade in. It doesn't say only this amount or that amount of cash down. I wanted to pay all cash down and no financing and they told me No can do..I asked why and they said that I have to finance some to get the deal .When I got the official offer sheet from them it went from 25k to 35k....Then on the offer sheet it shows A 1700.00 dollar for vehicle certification .I asked the salesman whats this? He said that's for going over the vehicle and checking it out, changing the brakes and oil....etc.When I looked at the truck the rear cabin and driver side compartment lights don`t work. The drivers side locking bar doesn't work to secure the boxes. The roof ladder rack pole to drop the ladder rack was not there. I asked about that and the salesman told me his boss said I would have to go buy one..So where does the 1700.oo vehicle certification come in to play here? They show a picture on their web site of the truck with the ladder racks on each side hanging down...so where is the pole then??So I get a comeback offer from them and the vehicle prep charge is now gone and the price is now 31559.64 with taxes and all. Now they have the retail price switched again from 27995.00 (on their web page with the trucks picture truck # A84436) to 28994.00.So I just got disgusted with the phony sales xx. I wasted my afternoon driving all way down from Quakertown with my wife who just got another cancer treatment that morning and dealing with all of that. Why would they offer a cash down price on a vehicle then pull it when you get there my wife said? I said I know .So be very careful with them Their adds are misleading and I'm going to file with the BBB and put a review up on Google. I guess the bottom line is they want you to finance so they get back a big nut of that financing money! One thing though that my salesman was a good dude and he was just being told what to say and offer. More
