I brought my car in for a problem with sticky steering. It was slight, but noticeable. Kevin called

I brought my car in for a problem with sticky steering. It was slight, but noticeable. Kevin called me later and said that they could not get the steering to stick, but he also recommended new tires and an alignment. He thought perhaps the alignment would take care of the sticking. So I agreed to the new tires and alignment.
This was Monday. He had to order the tires. The tires came in Wednesday, as Kevin thought they would. I made an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:30 am. I arrived at the shop at 7:30, and Kevin was there to greet me. He said it would take 2.5 hours. It ended up taking only two hours, so that was good. And the final price was slightly under what he estimated, so that was good too.
I have driven the car, and the steering problem has improved dramatically.
So thanks to Kevin and Indy Honda for a good experience. No complaints.
