All was great, except I had to be the one to follow-up to find out if my vehicle was ready or what the schedule was going to be for my vehicle to be ready. The ability to send a text was great and then my H find out if my vehicle was ready or what the schedule was going to be for my vehicle to be ready. All recalls but one were completed 3/4. Also, brought vehicle in for service & other maintenance issues. Wish that all the recalls could have been completed at once, but we were notified of this ahead of vehicle in for service & other maintenance issues. We called to check on our car that was in for service. At first we were wondering why no on called us. Then when we arrived, we found it wasn't ready and had to wait another. 15 minutes. I had been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to talk to me when I got there. Kevin did take good care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed before we left and he apologized for the inconvenience. He was polite, happy and a great person! More
