Came in early Saturday and didn't realize I needed an
appointment I have always used this dealership for my oil changes. I brought my Toyota in and was told to go to Beck Toyota. Shocked. Called a b

For being an appointment for oil change only, an hour and
45 minutes seemed a limitless much while waiting. Had my check in guy not looked under my hood upon delivery, I would have lost my radiator cap lead
