This was after my initial oil change experience which took over 3 hours (with appt). The second time they twisted a lug off my front wheel. Had to come back for repair. Upon returning they had skillfully left a heat or dust shield loose so it would scrape at low speed. Since they twisted off the lug and replaced parts as a result I’m no longer able to use LKAS, since the car pulls to the left too hard.
So… All things considered- Take your Honda to a dude named Cletus in his backyard, you’ll have a better chance for a good result.
Ignore the google reviews responses from the GM he’s utterly incompetent. Posts a number to call and doesn’t return calls

Try returning a phone call. You keep posting on various review sites saying how concerned you are. And to call to resolve any issues, i.e. your incompetent service department messing the front end of my car up to the point I can no longer use LKAS. Then you refuse to return calls. Demonstrating your complete and utter incompetence. Or you’re simply a eunuch and scared to call customers. One or the other… You choose

Did not let them fix it because too high of price on top of analysis price. Then I have slow leak in tire ever since tire was put on by Honda They did not seal good. Had back several times for them to fix. Said it was a crack in rim but that is not correct and they wanted to sell me another rim!! Probably won’t be back. seems that don’t have very good people on repairs.

I had to convince the service department that it was covered by warranty because it was a week old. The service tech said I should take it back to where I bought it. Finally convinced him that was irrelevant. Ordered the $7 item and was told it'd take 3 days to come in and they'd call me. A week and half later I stopped in and was told it'd been in for over a week and they had no idea why I wasn't called. Picked up the part and no one offered to install it for me. I won't be back. Shame since I've bought many Honda's from this dealership. I don't know what's changed but it's an awful place to shop. I bought the Ridgeline elsewhere (same truck - same model) for $7,300 less than what this dealer quoted.
