With the explanation that everybody else is doing it. Next you'll be charging for me to sit in the waiting room, and if I drink a cup of coffee or use the rest room there will be another charge. Not happy with my last experience with Don Brown service. It took 2 days to complete oil change , tire rotation and wheel bearing replacement. I believe they forgot my vehicle on the first day. When I left with my car I got a "service tire pressure system "warning , which was never on before the service. This is not the first time that I left this dealership and had more issues.
