Scheduling and Service was good. However surprises were abounding for an Oil Change and service that was quoted ; 1st Shop supply charge $9.95 for what, All supplies and disposal of However surprises were abounding for an Oil Change and service that was quoted ; 1st Shop supply charge $9.95 for what, All supplies and disposal of oil and oil filter should have been in the quoted charge. 2nd extra charge for using a credit card. With the explanation that everybody else is doing it. Next you'll be charging for me to sit in the waiting room, and if I drink a cup of coffee or use the rest room there will be another charge. I understand that you're trying to be inventive in increase your charges without saying your raising your rate to be competitive. For me you're just being deceitful. Charles S. Gordon More

Not happy with my last experience with Don Brown service. It took 2 days to complete oil change , tire rotation and wheel bearing replacement. I believe they forgot my vehicle on the first day. When I left w It took 2 days to complete oil change , tire rotation and wheel bearing replacement. I believe they forgot my vehicle on the first day. When I left with my car I got a "service tire pressure system "warning , which was never on before the service. This is not the first time that I left this dealership and had more issues. I will be returning to Don Brown. More
