Honda HRV EX I saw this SUV online and knew it was "the one". I initially contacted Lori Trygar by e-mail but met with Tom Richardson when I went to the dealer to I saw this SUV online and knew it was "the one". I initially contacted Lori Trygar by e-mail but met with Tom Richardson when I went to the dealer to see the car. It was a pleasure working with Tom. He already knew the car I was interested in, had me take it for a drive and made the rest pretty painless. Thanks to Tom's recommendation I financed a portion of the payment which helped me a lot. Tom answered my questions (e-mail, telephone & text) promptly and had the car ready to go when I came in to sign the papers. I feel he gave me a great deal and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted. This wasn't my first "new" car buying experience but it was by far the best! More
