Exceptional Customer Service I spent the better part of last year searching for a new car online. What I should have done was walked into Gateway Nissan from the beginning. Last w I spent the better part of last year searching for a new car online. What I should have done was walked into Gateway Nissan from the beginning. Last week I spent an afternoon with Kevin, who taught me more about the cars that I was test driving than months worth of internet research. Kevin was polite, informative, and patient. Best of all, he REALLY listened to what I wanted out of a vehicle. I ended up walking out of Gateway with a new vehicle that I absolutely love!
