Having zero resources to buy, I turned to the Internet and chatted with William at SLO BMW. Ultimately I was put in touch with Kevin Nyhus. Over a 5 month period Kevin kept in touch with me. Kevin listened to my rambling meandering wishes & dreams, and he ultimately matched me with a fabulous car that fits my actual life, finances and usage. Kevin was patient, kind, attentive and responsive without being intrusive or overbearing. When he offered me the “Preferred Customer” add-on, I initially dismissed it as non-essential fluff, …but finally threw him the bone. Long Term Review; 21K miles, 9 months in… OMFG- Best Decision Ever! My 428i is just dreamy to drive. I feel secure, like my Suburban and it handles almost as well as my MINI Cooper JCW GP. I have had zero mechanical issues, consistently get about 33mpg, and best of all- it is painless to keep sparkly clean and looking fine. I am so glad I took Kevin’s suggestion. In 45 years of driving, owning 75 or more cars, with at least 18 dealership transactions, I can honestly say, for ongoing driving pleasure, no other Retail Motoring experience even comes close.
