Went to the steeler ship without much hope of getting a vehicle. To my surprise, I was approved for a vehicle regardless of my credit. That was very amazing. On the back end of it, the service staff was la vehicle. To my surprise, I was approved for a vehicle regardless of my credit. That was very amazing. On the back end of it, the service staff was lacking. Did not receive call backs, was promised one thing and did not deliver. Took me over a month to get my vehicle. Definitely a buying experience I will be seeking to avoid the next time. More

My husband and I purchased a vehicle for 30k and were completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of help once we signed the papers....We left several voicemails with my name and phone number completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of help once we signed the papers....We left several voicemails with my name and phone number that went unanswered for weeks. I was transferred to so many people when I did finally reach a person at the other end of my call only to be told I’d get a call back because “they were busy” with another customer like our money wasn’t any good after we dropped nearly $10k on a down-payment. We like our vehicle, but had we known this was the service we’d receive, we would’ve spent our time and money elsewhere. More
