I spent a lot of money on my Ford 150 and was extremely disappointed to be told I would have to pay for a second key fob because Kevin could not find it. My wife bought a Mercedes GLB 450 with 2 keys and a full tank of gas through Carmax at the same time I bought the F150, which I paid a considerable lot more for. She also discovered there was no manual, contacted Carmax and they ordered her one free of charge. She in my opinion was treated pre like a valuable customer than I was. I left the dealership with not even half a tank of gas and a sorry we.dont have a second key fob for you, but if you want one, we know a company who will cut you one for $250 More

The sales person I dealt with was kevin pereira. He quoted me at 7% interest rate for the Ford Mustang electric car that I wish to purchase rather than 0% interest rate that was actually available. Based on that wrong information.I decided to lease rather than buy the car. I found out about the correct interest rate after I had signed the contract. I also discovered that the decision costs me about ten thousand more to buy the car than it would have if I'd simply bought the car that night. When I asked him why he had quoted me the wrong rate , he replied , "i'm not the business manager." By the way, the business manager later proved to be as gracious and helpful as he could be under the circumstances when I decided to buy out the lease and end my business relationship with Empire Ford. More
