After arriving the dealership, he was told by another salesman (Kevin) the truck was already sold. Kevin showed us a 2012 Chevy Silverado with 77,000 miles for $19,500, my son filled out the credit application and Kevin showed us the initial monthly payment paperwork to gauge his budget. The highest monthly payment was $462 on that paperwork We told him this was his first time buying a vehicle and his budget would not permit him to go over $350 a month. Kevin acknowledged and we were discussing discounts and he indicated that the black book and NADA showed what they valued the vehicle but the Kelly Blue book showed $17,500. Not sure why the huge difference but then Kevin stated “if this deal was not going to happen over $200-$300 then he would not miss our business.” My 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 has purchased five vehicles from Five Star Nissan and have never been spoken to this way. I’m not sure this is how to keep loyal Five Star Chevrolet customers. Kevin came back and told us they were waiting on approvals then came back with the monthly payment paperwork reflecting the highest monthly payment of $662 then asked what we thought. He was not interested in working with my son just trying to make a sale. Guess Kevin is a man of his word...he isn’t going to miss our business. We left promptly. I called to talk to the sales manager but he never returned the phone call. I will never recommend nor purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are very disrespectful not very customer service oriented. More

smooth and easy Had been looking at a Chrysler 300S on their site for awile. Price was good and carfax as well. Was referred by a friend who happened to be a former employee at the dealership. Went real smooth overall. Kevin had the car up front and waiting for me. Took a test drive and everything checked out. Didn't bother bringing internet price printout as I wanted to see if they would try to hustle me for more. Nope! He came with the exact number I expected and no BS. Decided to buy in cash but didn't think id make it to bank to get money since it was 4:25pm and they close at 5:00. Kevin offered to drive us there to make it happen. Note: we got dropped off by friend and were without transportation at the moment. We made it and I paid. Still needed to get insurance, so naturally I couldn't drive it away. Explained that I wanted to go home and compare prices and would be back tomorrow to finish paperwork and pick up car. My gf also wanted to make sure the car was washed and detailed. We said we would be there first thing in the morning. Turns out we partied a little hard that night in celebration and weren't up to getting there in the morning. lol. Didn't matter, showed up around 4pm and kevin was ready and waiting with paperwork. Was a breeze. Car washed and ready and we rolled out like it wasn't nothing. Ill be back. More
