Kevin promised various things that would come along with the purchase of the vehicle. This including weather tech mats, customization of the cars emblems, refund for pre purchased keys. Once the car was purchased it took constant back and forth to get these things completed. He let us know that he payed for the customization out of pocket, which is unprofessional of him. It took 4 weeks to see a refund for the keys and the mats he said he couldnt do. Although were multiple text messages agreeing to everything. His communication is awful and his professionalism is the lowest ive seen. Would not return. More
