The reason I gave four stars instead of five, was the amount of miscommunication between the sales department and service department. There were several promises to me that took weeks to come to fruition. The miscommunication caused several unproductive visits and hours spent at the dealership, after my purchase. In the end, Salesman Kevin Pryor, Used Car Manager Yasseen Malas, Financial Director Ryan Butler, Parts and Service Manager Austin Howell deserve praise for their diligence and persistence to complete a sale and for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. If I had gone to another dealership, I would not have been taken care of like I was at Don Davis Ford. More
