All done within maybe 10 minutes, paperwork went smoothly and Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I also engaged with Seth the next day when I returned to ring the second key and book for my trade and to get a couple of things I left behind. No sale but Seth helped take care of all of it!, what a pleasure and icing on the cake, the parts department was the cherry on the top when I cancelled an order made through the Chevy app!, Chevy of Homewoodwill be my go to dealership because of Jevon, Kevin and Seth! Wife and I set an appointment at 2 o'clock, saw the car I wanted at 2:30...test drove it for 10 minutes. Left the dealership at 2:50, went shopping, mulled it over with the wife. Called Earl that I'll be back at 4 o'clock. Arrived by at 3:50, approved around 4:30..drove out the lot at 6:50pm with my brand new car. Again, had no idea I was going to buy a car that day..certainly needed one. Now, I have two brand new cars, that are affordable, safe for my family and with the dealership and sales rep I'd recommend to anyone. I'll be back in summer 2026 to trade in for newer models. More
