A little frustrated that I had a 8:00 appointment. Was told I was the third car for service and that there were 4 mechanics working. Everyone at Hyundai of 110 was friendly and helpful. I was there for two recalls on my 2022 Sonata. I had a 10;30 appointment and rather than sit there all day Uber car brought me home and back when the I was there for two recalls on my 2022 Sonata. I had a 10;30 appointment and rather than sit there all day Uber car brought me home and back when the service was completed. I think that makes it more convenient to consider your particular dealership for service. However, I suspect that since I was not paying for the recalls my car was there from 1030 to 1630 hours. I suspect that the paying customers were given preference over recall customers. Perhaps in the future bring recall cars in the afternoon so the wait takes less time. I had a 1030 appointment and hoped to be completed by 1330 hours, so that I could run errands in the afternoon. More
