I have three grown children and 12 grandchildren, My hobbies are flying RC airplanes and spending time with my family. when I was young I was a Mason contractor but did not want to do that for the rest of my life so I decided to get into sales because I love working with people and helping them out, If you work with me you will get top notch service and no games. Best vehicle shopping and buying experience to date for me. I was happily greeted as soon as I walked in for my appointment . The car I was looking to test drive was already pulled up with a plate on it. me. I was happily greeted as soon as I walked in for my appointment . The car I was looking to test drive was already pulled up with a plate on it. Then the second vehicle wasn't even in my radar but was an option in my budget I didn’t even realize. I was presented options without feeling uncomfortable or pressured. Thats huge! I leased the jeep wrangler and I'm so excited I was presented the opportunity. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely smooth. In addition, my salesman Tom Polizzi went over ALL the features and I am so grateful. This is a lost customer service feature and very much appreciated. I didn't have to figure it out all on my own, priceless.. I also didn’t have to spend multiple hours, days or weeks shopping around trying to figure out the best possible deal and financing, they treated me fairly from minute 1 and didn’t waste my time. Thank you Carmen Indiano, Tom Polizzi and everyone else that probably never receives the credit for all the work behind the scenes that makes this truly a flawless, positive and exciting experience from start to finish.
