Wonderful dealer experience I live over 2 hours away from the dealership. No dealer in my town had any Dodge Challengers equipped the way I preferred. I searched online and found two Challengers at Phillips Chrysler/Dodge that I really liked. Both were a higher trim level that I was looking for, but I thought I'd drive down and see if perhaps they would make me a good deal. After (finally) deciding on which car to purchase, my amazing salesman Matt Hurd came back with an incredible purchase price! He was able to give me a good price on my trade-in, and was able to apply several discounts and rebates that produced an "out-the-door" price that was TOO GOOD to pass up. I never imagined the price would be that affordable. This was the most pleasant, hassle-free experience I've ever had in buying a new car. VERY HIGHLY recommended. You must ask to see Matt Hurd! More

Drove 2 hours - Well worth it! Contacted the dealership as I was looking for a specific model, trim and color combination that I could not find anywhere else. I wanted a 4X2, and P Contacted the dealership as I was looking for a specific model, trim and color combination that I could not find anywhere else. I wanted a 4X2, and Phillips had a 4X4, but everything else met my search. Honestly didn't think we could come to terms as I really did not want to pay the additional for the 4X4. Chris was very communicative, timely and efficient when I showed up. He went the extra mile to do as much work remotely to avoid me spending too much time at the dealership as I had to pick up a family member art the airport and had a tight turn around back to Clearwater/Tampa. I can't say enough about how he was on top of everything and didn't give me the run around. Solid guy, solid dealership. I have purchased 11 Dodge's from another dealership since 2006 and reached out to Phillips on a whim as they had a truck I was interested in....glad I did, they will be the first folks I try next time!
