Because of DealerRater reviews I chose Kevin Sampson at Blade Chevrolet as my sales associate to factory order a new Silverado 1500 RST Redline Edition. Kevin has been with Blade Chevrolet since the late Blade Chevrolet as my sales associate to factory order a new Silverado 1500 RST Redline Edition. Kevin has been with Blade Chevrolet since the late 90’s and is clearly one of the most experienced sales associates. Very friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. Closing the deal went without a hitch with the out the door price exactly as quoted, and we managed to squeeze in some year end incentives. Of course, as expected the finance manager Steve Misencik presents the extended warranty information but was totally professional and no pressure. The order process was seamless with the total time from order to delivery was 11 weeks and 3 days. Very quick considering there were multiple part constraints in the recent past on the Max tow, 3.0 Duramax Diesel, Sunroof, and Multi Flex tailgate. Timing was good and all came through quickly. Born and raised here in Mount Vernon I wanted to keep my purchase here locally and very happy I was able to work with Blade Chevrolet. More
