My wife and I drove 3 hours to check it out and test drive it. Our salesman was Kevin Sheehan, a very knowledgeable, professional and personable individual. While my wife and I test drove the Jeep, Kevin had our trade in appraised. I was very impressed with the price and overall efficiency of the entire process. Kevin turned us over to Tom Rollins from Finance. Tom did a fantastic job getting us a good finance rate and package. I told Kevin and Tom they did a great job. This was the most efficient automobile transaction I've ever experienced. The Findlay Team sets the standard for automobile transactions. As a result of this experience, we'll be back in the future! More

Might be ok in the end Bought a low miles 2015 GMC 2500hd from Findlay and then found out it was a Canadian truck and had open recalls and problems. I bought it on Jan 10. B Bought a low miles 2015 GMC 2500hd from Findlay and then found out it was a Canadian truck and had open recalls and problems. I bought it on Jan 10. By Jan 17 it was in limp mode and is now in the shop accumulating hundreds of dollars in repairs. I should have kept the 06 I traded in. Update: sent it to local GMC truck dealer who repaired problem and got truck running. Salesman is working to see what can be done to assist with that repair by working with management. I believe they were unaware of the problems and issues with the truck. The initial review was probably too harsh, especially if they take care of the repairs of the pre-existing problem discovered within first week that totally disabled the truck. More
