I have been a Lexus customer for over ten years. My Wife and I were a little apprehensive when finding out that Our last Salesperson, which whom We were very found of, and trusted had retired! Within a few minutes speaking with Mr Kevin Silva, who We were referred to Our apprehensions , worries were no longer! Mr Silva’s demeanor was very pleasant and understanding of Our concerns, and went out of his way, keeping in contact informing me of vehicles, values in trade in. Never pressuring me for a quick sale but, continuing to look out for my interests, while also being a diligent salesman for Watertown Lexus. Within a few days Mr Silver found us The right model ,color, and style to Our liking, and we were able to negotiate a suitable deal for both parties! To My Pleasure upon meeting Mr Silva I quickly realized that Kevin wasn’t just a salesman out for a quick sale but a Real Genuine Person, someone who you felt like you’d know already! A Real Human Being who honestly loves his job as cares about his customers, which to me says a lot about a persons character!
