I truly thought I was going to buy my car online after my last purchase but this is a subtle reminder some things are meant to experience in person. For starters, this dealership is by far the biggest and most aesthetically pleasing Acura dealership we have been to and serves as a reminder you're buying a luxury product. The diversity in the building is such a welcoming environment and refreshing. Again seeing women in the business and people of color helps diversify client base. Our sales consultant Rania was knowledgeable, asked great opened ended questions and made the decision making process on deciding which vehicle to choose easy. She was transparent about pricing especially given the car market and truly worked hard to get us a good deal. She even found us loyalty credits through Acura financial. Before going to the dealership I spoke with her on the phone and mentioned we wanted to keep our payment around the same in which return she got us a even better deal by getting the highest possible positive equity in our trade in. She was quick and efficient none of the typical annoying sales stuff. The most soft spoken award goes to the sales manger Al. You can tell he wants every person who comes through the door to have a great customer experience. He’s constantly making sure everyone is doing good from staff to clients and isn’t hiding in some office sending out marching orders. He’s on the sales floor checking in with clients answering questions and walking around talking being human and real. Truly example of leading with humility.
