Dissatisfied customer Traverse is 3 months old, less than 2800 miles. This is the 4 th service issue. No support from dealer or GM. Do not feel safe in vehicle. Want it rep Traverse is 3 months old, less than 2800 miles. This is the 4 th service issue. No support from dealer or GM. Do not feel safe in vehicle. Want it replaced but no one will stand behind me. Battery dead! Told it may not be under warranty. Bunch of crap! More

Got a notice from ONStar re: emissions problem check engine This was the same problem I had two weeks prior and brought my car in to have it fixed. Came in without an app't and they worked me in.( which I appr This was the same problem I had two weeks prior and brought my car in to have it fixed. Came in without an app't and they worked me in.( which I appreciated) This time I had to make an app't for service and was disappointed that if I brought my car in I could not get a ride back to school which was five minutes away. Was going to have to wait until the end of the school day unless I had someone from school follow me out for service -which I did. This was never a problem before so I am assuming this is a policy change? Otherwise a good experience plus I had my car washed and it was ready for pick-up by noon so I went out on my lunch to pick it up. More
