The appointment was scheduled for 1pm and it would take “a few minutes” to confirm what the master mechanic heard during the test drive … after asking repeatedly about my 2018 Buick Enclave, the rep finall “a few minutes” to confirm what the master mechanic heard during the test drive … after asking repeatedly about my 2018 Buick Enclave, the rep finally says it is ready and asked if I wanted it washed … yes … 20 mins later and intervention from the receptionist who was surprised I was STILL there … she comes and gets me from the ladies room (I’m in tears from frustration at this point) and tells me my car is ready … and yes she apologizes for the long wait and frustration … It is now 6:00pm! I get in … pull out of the garage and the very thing I brought the car in for is obviously still there! I pull back in, tell them why and they say “we don’t know what’s wrong” … what … I sat in your waiting room for 5 hours … you don’t know and ask me to come back tomorrow, no real apology, no courtesy car, no offer of a ride home, just oh well! DAY 2: I bring it back the next morning … one call at 5:22pm saying they “MAY have identified the problem” … yes, the car stayed at the Cadillac shop … again, no offer of a courtesy car or anything for the craziness of what’s going on. DAY 3: I get a call from the Service Mgr who says they are pretty sure what the problem is and it will cost $3,000 to fix them … what! In the meantime I reminded him I’ve been to this service shop at least a dozen times over the past 3 years about the issue only now you want me to spend $3000! This is crazy … so disappointed in the dealership … I thought the Cable Dahmer franchise had better customer service … this poor service has been going on at the Cadillac store where I purchased my car … guess the Buick customer is different than the Cadillac customer … Saddened by the way I’ve been treated … Ticket #6380 More
