One star is generous after the fiasco and amount of lost money I incurred from them. I was highly taken advantage of. I went thru the process of financing signed the paperwork and left with the vehicle. I money I incurred from them. I was highly taken advantage of. I went thru the process of financing signed the paperwork and left with the vehicle. I put a $4500 deposit down. I received a call a few days later to return the car or I needed to put $5500 more down on the vehicle????? When I returned the vehicle they charged me $2000+ for mileage and told me “I borrowed” the car. Who in their right mind would borrow a car??!?? They are scammers. Stay far away! More
Called about an advertised price, agreed and confirmed by text for a price, it was a no-trade cash deal, drove six hours from Minnesota to close the deal and pick up the vehicle, then the price changed. Con text for a price, it was a no-trade cash deal, drove six hours from Minnesota to close the deal and pick up the vehicle, then the price changed. Con artists. The price changed $2000. They wanted us to pay for the advertising and an admin fee for a cash deal. Beware! Didn't buy the car on principle. I'm a senior citizen and not use to this dishonesty. The low rating is generous to them. I feel for young ladies and even young guys that get taken advantage of. More

We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! She will do her best to get you in your dream car! THANK YOU, STEPHANIE!! More

They didn't even show the customer the simple respect of I made an appointment to buy a camaro. They sold the car 2 days after I made my appointment. They didn't even show the customer the simple respect of notifying them that they didn't have what I was scheduled to buy. They were going to let me drive an hour each way to tell me it wasn't for sale and try to pressure me into buying something else. Literally the definition of bait and Switch. The salesperson after I contacted them to tell them I knew the car I was to buy was sold, seems completely disinterested in trying to make this right and keep my business. I'll be sure to have the competition that I will buy a car from sends a gift basket to thank able Dahmer for the easy sale. More
Well just like many of the other reviews, this is the worst experience I have had with a dealership. They had a vehicle listed online at a certain price so I called to talk to someone about it. The price worst experience I have had with a dealership. They had a vehicle listed online at a certain price so I called to talk to someone about it. The price was confirmed over the phone so my wife and I drove 3.5 hours the next day to go purchase our car. When we get there, they tell me that the price is actually $2000-$3000 higher than what was online and what was discussed over the phone. ON TOP OF THAT, they added another $3000 of nonsense add-ons like nitrogen in the tires and silly little plastic tape over the door edges. When I said I don’t want any of that, they said it’s too late because it’s already on the vehicle. They knew I was driving 3.5 hours and when I get there they added $6000 to the price we discussed over the phone. Con artists through and through. Avoid these guys at all costs. More
I thought at the time they treated me very good. I thought they were low on my trade in value but they said it was the best they could do. A week later I looked online and they were advertising my trade in for double what they offered me. I will take a little blame for not sticking to my guns on trade in value. I expect a dealership to make money but that was ridiculous. I do not recommend doing business with them. More

Walk into the place with a PRE-APPROVED loan from my bank. The slick sales manager decides upon himself to tell me that he was going to call my bank to make sure all the paperwork was setup correctly. Took forever. He came out and said he talked to her and all was well. The next day I asked my banker if she had talked to the Sales manager. She said NOBODY contacted her. A complete lie. I found out he did a "indirect loan" (if you don't know what that is, research it) without my permission. I was foaming at the mouth pissed off. Bank told me they had heard this before about this dealership. Beware! 2. They must have found a "slick" way to get me to sign a waiver that pulled my credit that was buried in a document. I told them no to. Beware! 3. Told me that their GAP insurance was the same price as my bank. Found that they are several hundred dollars more expensive. BEWARE! 4. Started having issues with the car days within buying it. Car was in the shop for a total of 14 days with them trying to fix it. I think the thing that angers me the most about this is the service manager telling me "that's just the way that particular engine runs". Come on, I've been working on cars since I was a kid. Don't throw that nonsense at me. I have since bought the exact make/model of car from another dealer and it runs GREAT. No comparison. I guess not all those "type of engines" runs that way. They kept trying to convince me nothing was wrong with the car. Trust me. I'm not stupid and I know cars aren't supposed to hesitate on acceleration and lack that much power . Don't insult my intelligence. 5. I spent a total of 4 hours trying to wrap of the financing. They were turning the lights off as I was leaving. I have diabetes and I was shaking from hunger as I was leaving. Had to immediately stop at McDonald's on the way home. When I say I don't want the warranty, quit asking me! 6. Their new desktop way of signing the financial paperwork. It's purpose is to make you feel rushed to read through everything. 7. Finally. I'm CONVINCED everyone at this dealership is trained to do all of this garbage that is deceptive. When you catch on to their game, and complain, the GM comes in and acts shocked that all of this is occurring and says he will look into it. In the end, the GM took my car back because it was defective. This car was "Pre-certified". That's a joke too and just another way to get you to pay more for a car. One of the things they are supposed to check in the cabin filter during the inspection. It smelled so bad I had to return so they would replace it. My final meeting with GM was tense. He was unapologetic and was acting irritated. I said something and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "I guess it's a wash". So be it. Nobody is going to try to take advantage of me without a fight. I wonder how many people don't catch on or will not fight to be treated fairly. I spent HOURS messing with this dealership. It was a complete nightmare. BEWARE. The dealership where I finally bought another car was a great experience. Done within an hour. No BS games. I love my new car! It took more time out of my life to write this review, but I feel like it's my duty to warn people. BEWARE! More
I think this is the worst dealership that I’ve encountered in the KC area. The salesman that I was dealing with was polite at first, then he had the worst attitude, arrogant demeanor that I ever s encountered in the KC area. The salesman that I was dealing with was polite at first, then he had the worst attitude, arrogant demeanor that I ever seen. The car I purchased was overpriced, & though I had family discount which was never applied. I was desperate for a vehicle as to why I continued with the purchase. I really, really regret that I didn’t do my homework on the suv that I purchased.. The salesman sold me a bunch of out right lies, saying he was trying to keep my payment where I wanted, in fact, the payments were much more than what was discussed. There were modifications to be made on the interior that I’m still waiting on. The bottom line is that I won’t take the suv for services at this location. I’ll go to the dealership on Noland Rd., & will never recommend this dealership to anyone that I know!! So buyers beware!! More
