Brilliant servicen I came to Germain Honda to get a used car check for a car I was thinking of buying from another party at their service center, and while waiting, I we I came to Germain Honda to get a used car check for a car I was thinking of buying from another party at their service center, and while waiting, I went over to there used car inventory to look at there Honda and that's where I met Nishi Patel. He asked all the right questions and listened to my requirements and immediately showed me 2 hondas that were comparable to what I had been looking for. He showed me one that was a year younger and less miles and still within reason of my budget and the benefits of the small extended investment increase. He worked tiressly and with such friendlynesdto reach a price I went with Germain Honda for my purchase of my car and couldn't be happier with my decision. He was patient and friendly, knowledgeable and cared about my needs both business and personal safety and overall happiness in choice. Also, the service center at Germain is equally outstanding as well. Kevin Withers helped me understand their summery of findings in the car I brought in and was objective to the value being that it wasn't from their lot. He was friendly and extremely knowlable as well. It was quick and he made sure I was comfortable with the what I understood before I left. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out like a number. Again I would defiently recommend Germain to anyone to help ease the shopping experience of for car shopping. More

I came there with working car with issue with the timing belt and after two hours at germain i was told that the car is not starting at all though i drove it to germain. It had to ultimately towed to nearby firestone. They could have been more considerate. Had to bear loss of around USD 3000 due to this. More

Alex was great and helped me test drive the Fit, Civic, and CRV. He was very knowledgeable about each car without being pushy. His service went above and beyond what I expected (even when we interrupted his lunch- twice!) I ended up with the Civic and couldn't be happier- thanks Alex! Also, I had the unfortunate luck of getting a screw in my tire the first few days I had the car. I scheduled an appointment with service department and was in and out in less than an hour. Kevin Withers was great to work with and laughed with me at the misfortune. More
