Hello, my name is Kevin Withers Service Adviser for Germain Honda of Dublin. I have been in the automotive industry since 2002 joining the Honda of Dublin team in 2012. I have completed the Honda Service training and believe it is important to treat and take care of our customer’s right the first time. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I graduated from Whitehall Yearling High School and Eastland Career Center. When I am away from the dealership I enjoy the outdoors, working on my house and yard as well as spending time with my daughter Madison. Plenty to keep me busy.

Recent service appointment at Germain Honda Kevin and the Germain staff did a great job of servicing my 2007 Pilot. The wait while it was being serviced was shorter than I expected. All of the staff that I encounter at service appointments (from the staff who greet me when I pull into the service bay to the women at the checkout counter) are friendly, courteous and provide great customer service - I don't take my car anyplace else! Fast and friendly service. While it took a bit for someone to direct me to a service representative, I received excellent service once they did. Great Customer Service I made the appt to drop off my 2011 Honda Accord in the afternoon for routine maintenance: (oil and filter change, tires rotated and new wiper blade I made the appt to drop off my 2011 Honda Accord in the afternoon for routine maintenance: (oil and filter change, tires rotated and new wiper blades) and leave it over night to be detailed the next day. The dealership is about 25 miles from me. Kevin arranged for a shuttle to take me home and also pick me up the next day. That is such a convenience and service to the MAX.! Kevin called me at home to tell me the maintenance I had requested was completed. But, during the multi point inspection my brake fluid and transmission fluids needed to be replaced. He explained exactly why and what it would cost. He also had everything detailed in writing when I picked up my car and he explained all of it thoroughly to me. The car looked brand new after being detailed and serviced. Kevin was courteous, friendly and professional. Outstanding Customer Service! More
