We were looking into purchasing the Spark, as we live in the city. Upon my arrival to the dealership, I was greeted by Micheal and we started talking. This car turned out to be to small, and after test driv the city. Upon my arrival to the dealership, I was greeted by Micheal and we started talking. This car turned out to be to small, and after test driving a Cruze, I was ready to buy. The second visit to the dealership, my wife drove the Cruze, and was very impressed. By the time we got back she was ready to buy. Micheal was not pushy and made the price work for us. I recommend Carfagno Chevrolet and will do business with them again! More

The sales manager Roger Rathbun made sure we were totally happy with the entire deal from price to financing,when it came time to sign the papers Susan Ellis wrapped things up fast and efficient, the vehicle was delivered clean and all was in order, this dealer is at least a 30 minute drive from our area but the experience you receive is well worth it. More

I was very impressed with the quick response received from Roger Rathbun on a Sunday when I did a search for the 2013 Equinox that I purchased. I bought my 2013 Chevrolet Volt from Carfagno a little over one week ago now. My husband first contacted the dealership and took a similar car for a test drive. We had test driven a 2012 at a different dealership, and unfortunately the representative at the dealership was very uninformed as to many of the particulars of the car. My husband, and later I, were extremely impressed with the wealth of knowledge of Kevin as to all of the features of this car. This was my fourth new car purchase in my lifetime, and by far the smoothest and most pleasant. At purchase, I worked directly with Kevin and the sales manager, but also met the used car manager, general manager, and service manager. I look forward to a long relationship with my car and this dealership. I absolutely love my new car and will gladly recommend both the car and the dealership to anyone considering a purchase! More
