Excellent I'm 63 years old and have ALWAYS hated going to dealerships and being attacked by the sales staff. In addition it always turned out to be a all day ev I'm 63 years old and have ALWAYS hated going to dealerships and being attacked by the sales staff. In addition it always turned out to be a all day event, the worst part being setting down to financing. It was the week of Dorian a Cat 5 hurricane camped out 110 miles to our east and everything dealership was closed in South Florida (around my location) except for Coral Springs GMC. I called and spoke to Joel and told me I was coming down. He said OK see you when you get here. Thirty minutes later I walked through the door, there was maybe one customer there for the Big Labor Day Sale that was washed out by the hurricane. Joel met me and introduced me to my man Kevon Logie to which Joel said this man knows everything so I responded with "lets see". I knew what I wanted when I got there and it always great to test drive the top of the line model so you can see what your NOT going to get! SO I let Kevon go and do his thing. He took me out the the coolest truck I've ever seen and he knew everything there was to know, from the 15 point camera system, to the buzzing in my xxx to let me know about lane assist. Pretty cool stuff. When we returned I briefed him on why I needed a bigger truck, I was pulling a fifth wheel that was thirteen thousand pounds and I needed at least 3000 lb. pay load. So I thought I had stumped Kevon on this one, the next thing I know he's printed out the spec's of my Fifth Wheel Coach calculated the Gross Weight of the trailer took 25% of that (which is standard in estimating pin weight or payload) and said this truck will do the job! Shook my hand and sent me to financing! This is where I met Michael Borno, another fine person, what I liked about going directly to financing was that there was no wasted time sitting with the salesman and have him run back and forth over pricing. Moving on, I sat down with Michael and we went over the pricing, my trade in etc and came back with a number that was way over what I wanted to pay, but I expected that as heads up dispalys, 15 point camera systems, lane assist etc had a premium price. I told Kevin this is how much I want to pay so lets look at another truck, within 5 minutes they had another Truck waiting for me to take for a spin. Kevon again went over everything including the Fifth Wheel puck system which is really nice, I went for a test drive and said this is the one for me. Went back to Michael and we haggled back and forth over my trade in for a few moments and came to 5 dollars difference of which I prevailed! I think the whole process took 2.5 hours at most. That could have been cut down as well if dealerships could figure out a way automate all the freaking paper work! I transferred my stuff from my old truck to the new, Kevin cam out got my phone paired up, went over thing. We met the Service manager and everyone there made this whole transaction a great experience. Well Done everyone! . I'm terrible with names but a shout out to the (I think the service manager) he had The same truck as mine but all jacked up! Thanks Guys Keith Wood More

In my opinion, stay away from this dealer Leased 3 vehicles, all at the same time, from this dealer. Let me summarize my experience: Once you sign and walk out the door they want nothing to do with you. Poor experience in the service dept, refusal to respond to any calls or emails, and the final straw, although they are obligated to accept a lease return, they refused. Giving an ever changing story why. First, the guy who accepts lease returns was fired, then he was not in, and finally they don't want the liability with s storm coming 3 days later Be especially wary of sales guy Kevon Logie and finance guy Michael Borno. Based on my experience, they just don't care once the sale is done. More
