The dealership personnel were available as soon as pulled in to the service department. They were very kind. This was my first time visiting KIA do they showed me around and made me feel welcome. Had bad experience with the service I received. I purchased a car in the two weeks. I had to bring it back because of front end alignment and I had to pay for the front alignment. Pricing was a lot more than usual for oil change, and tire rotation. And I always take all of my Kia’s to this location. For 3 1/2 years now. This was a scheduled appointment, not a walk in, I chose to s tire rotation. And I always take all of my Kia’s to this location. For 3 1/2 years now. This was a scheduled appointment, not a walk in, I chose to sit in the lobby per usual. But I did not get the complimentary wash on my car. I also left with a tire in my nail. Because after servicing, as I’m walking towards my car I noticed there was a huge nail in my wheel. Which I’m sure they seen as they rotated my tires. (You couldn’t have missed it) which they were then trying to up charge me to completely change my tire. I have never been more disappointed, and unsatisfied at this location for my car servicing!
