We had an amazing experience @BMWofWaterbury. Let me tell you, Karl, Brandon and Miguel were a class act. No high pressure tactics or games. Brandon is the Sales Manager and sat down with us for a long time. They didn't try to sell us. Instead, they listened...really listened. Never once have we spoken to the manager at the other said dealer. Beginning to end, they made us feel comfortable and that is no easy feat and we don't like change.
