After we bought two vehicles, our salesman Malcolm, disappeared on us. Leaving us to contact the dealership numerous times to get a part replaced on the brand new pathfinder we bought. Knowing about it disappeared on us. Leaving us to contact the dealership numerous times to get a part replaced on the brand new pathfinder we bought. Knowing about it the day we took delivery, why did I have to reach out to get a part replaced when it should’ve been there in the first place. It took me calling a manager in finance to even get the ball rolling and get it replaced. We bring the vehicle to get fixed, they give us a loaner, as expected I replaced the tank with gas before returning. However they could do is no courtesy for that. We paid in our gas to drive the vehicle each direction, for a reason that should never have been a problem in the first place. At first it was a good experience, I won’t even go into the finance side of stuff how the banks were calling us weeks after delivery looking for information the finance department already had. After dealing with them further, and the way all of this went down, I don’t believe we will be going back. More

When I need help with anything they was right there to help me. They kept there promise to me if I don't understand what they were saying and I ask them they help me to understand what it mean. The only thing I didn't understand way my credit, but that wasn't them it was my problem and I am going to work on that myself. Overall ever thing was very good, and I am happy 😊 with my new car I love it. More

Very worst service i have ever experienced. I bought the car and encountered the issue and the dealer is not ready to respond. But while buying a car they said the inspection is passed but I fo I bought the car and encountered the issue and the dealer is not ready to respond.
