After two terrible weeks of being ignored, Finally someone is communicating just to try to also side step. seems she is being fed xx herbicide answers for the problems I’m having. As I am not going to hold them responsible out of principle and have done as they suggested the truth will be exposed. If really interested you should search reviews by date as it seems positive reviews are always first on top. Seems The Management is just as bad as the staff as did not contact me after my many requests.. This only leads me to believe the sell and repent or avoid the repentance is under his direction. Not Impressed! More

Very pleased with the customer service. Went to buy a new frontier and all of the interactions were pleasant. Didn't try to over sell me warranties...etc...they mentioned them but wasn't hi Went to buy a new frontier and all of the interactions were pleasant. Didn't try to over sell me warranties...etc...they mentioned them but wasn't high pressure. I appreciate that and usually avoid dealerships at all costs. I would refer here. Went in with my clear title in hand, already had a loan from USAA, and we negotiated a price on trade, price for vehicle and they matched the USAA rate with Nissan Financing in around 2 hours 15 min. I would refer friends and family here. I drove passed 6 Nissan dealers to get here and would do it again. Highly recommend. I was greeted by GR at front, super friendly, my salesperson was Khalid, who showed me the vehicle and worked with TJ the new car manager for pricing and finished the deal with Miguel in Fanancing. I am so thankful for all of them for helping make my experience a good one vs. What I was dreading. Thank you Nissan of Clearwater !! More

my only interaction was with JT the salesperson, who was wonderful. This was a xmas present fr my wife, and jt took the time to explain all the options (avaailabe on the model SR witch are remarkable) wif wonderful.
