Dear Toyota Gladstone Management, I am following up on my recent review and the dealership’s response. On April 18th, during the vehicle purchase, I personally asked a manager to call me to address several issues. The next day, April 19th, my daughter and I drove back to the dealership to pick up missing and important paperwork. At that time, I again requested a call from a manager. I left this request with a finance person and asked that a manager follow up with me directly. After receiving no calls or responses, I posted a public review. Your team replied with an apology and directed me to contact Charity @ToyotaofGladstone.com or call that person directly. You also stated that General Manager would personally review my experience. In my private reply to your message, I clearly provided my direct phone number and once again requested a phone call to discuss and resolve the issues (including communication failures, paperwork problems, and the vehicle mileage discrepancy). That was several days ago, and I have still received zero calls and zero responses. I’m not sure how much clearer I can be. I have now requested a callback on April 18th (from a manager during the sale), on April 19th (with the finance team and another manager request), and again after your response to my review — all with my phone number provided. Yeah it continues the exact pattern of poor follow-through I originally complained about. I would appreciate knowing whether your response to my review was genuine. At this point, it feels like it may have just been an attempt to address the public complaint rather than actually resolve my concerns.
