Khristian is a great service rep. However, my cars tires were not rotated as requested during oil change. Tech did not know L to R for Mach 1 tires due to size difference between fron However, my cars tires were not rotated as requested during oil change. Tech did not know L to R for Mach 1 tires due to size difference between front and rear. Plus, rear end part has been on order for over three months. No idea when the part will arrive. Ford needs to do a better job providing dealers with parts for warranty repairs. On the dealer service , sales etc. I have been very happy with Wayne Akers. More
